Shipping Policy

At Memories Kept, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Whether you're ordering a personalised greeting card, keepsake print or memorial gift, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within the times stated on the individual product page.

Personalised items may take a little longer, as each order is carefully created to your requirements. If you've requested a proof, production will begin once your approval has been received.

Delivery

We currently dispatch orders using Royal Mail Second Class.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary, particularly during busy periods, bank holidays or adverse weather conditions.

Need Your Order Quickly?

If you require your order for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We'll always do our best to help where possible, although we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an item has been dispatched.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

Memories Kept cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.

Sending a Gift

You're welcome to send your order directly to the recipient.

No prices or receipts are included inside our parcels, making this a thoughtful option when sending a gift directly to someone.

For greeting cards, you can also choose to include a printed personalised message during the ordering process.

International Delivery

At present, we deliver within the United Kingdom only.

We hope to offer delivery to additional destinations in the future.

Delivery Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

If your parcel is delayed, we'll do everything we reasonably can to help you locate it and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Items

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail before arranging an appropriate resolution where applicable.
