Delivery Upgrades

Choosing Royal Mail 1st Class upgrades the postal service after your order has been dispatched. It does not reduce the time needed to create your personalised item.

Delays

While we always aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing time, delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.

Delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather, industrial action or other circumstances outside our control are unfortunately beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
